Ultra-FIT and Fitnorama and top fitness model Shaun Stafford have joined forces to run their second cover model workshop. Attendees will have the chance to appear on the cover of one of the magazines or be featured in the form of a workout, or profile in either/both titles*. The workshop will take place in central London on the 4th August 2013.

Lisa is a Professional Dancer, director of Enuki Entertainment and a PT. She was born in Hull, East Yorkshire and for many years studied Ballroom and Latin American dance. In 1994 she won the IDTA Medallist of the Year Ballroom and Latin Championship and the Latin Championship again in 1995.
Lisa trained as a Professional Contemporary dancer at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds, graduating in 2002 with a First Class BA Honours degree and the Armees prize for achieving the overall highest degree mark.
For the last ten years Lisa has toured the world extensively, dancing with the UK’s best companies and Choreographer’s namely Phoenix Dance Theatre, Bonachela Dance Company (Director Rafael Bonachela, choreographer to Kylie Minogue), Henri Oguike dance Company, James Cousins Dance Company and many more independant choreographers.
She also works as a freelance dance artist and her projects include; The Opening Ceremony of London 2012 Olympics choreographed by Akram Khan, The Pet Shop Boys musical (The Most Incredible Thing) choreographed by Javier de Frutos, dancer and assistant in Joe Wright’s recent movie ‘Anna Karenina’ starring Keira Knightley and Jude Law choreographed by Sidi Larbi, assistant Contemporary choreographer for the BBC’s ‘So You Think You Can Dance’, a live Salsa performance on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing (2009), performs internationally with Manchester based Salsa group ‘Salsology’, performs Bachata with David Solomon and teaches for Caramelo Latin Dance Academy.
Lisa's commercial contracts include: TV adverts - Orange ‘Swappables’, Seven Seas and Honda Car; Strictly Come Dancercise DVD (2007); Camilla Dallerup's Cardiodance Workout DVD (2009) and a Micha Bergese aerialist production.
This year Lisa decided she wanted to delve into the Fitness industry and so studied her Level 3 Personal Training at Premier Training International London. Since then Lisa has joined the official Tabata demo team, trains clients at No 1 Fitness Studio and dabbles in a bit of fitness modelling along side her dance career.
