Wanted to give you a head start and share tomorrows workout with you. I always find when putting down on paper so to speak it looks easy but it never feels that way when it comes down to doing the workout. Try and join me for this one and see if you can beat my rounds!
Equipment needed:
- Medicine ball (I’ll be using a have a 10kg)
Rules:
Warm up well and then set your stop watch for 20 minutes and complete as many rounds within the time frame, with as little rest as possible.
The workout:
- 20 x Medicine ball slams
- 15 x Medicine ball throws (Squat down holding the medicine ball at arm’s length in front of you, power up and launch the medicine ball straight up into the air, allow one bounce and catch)
- 15 x Medicine ball Press ups
- 15 x Burpees (with or without a press up/jump)
