Barbell interval WO

barbell1 Short but very tough workout which I done yesterday. I used two small hurdles, which I lined and done a double jump over’s.

I’ve used a interval timer which I set for 30 seconds active work and 10 seconds rest between exercises.

The workout: 1 round

  • Deadlifts with bent over row (deadlift, raise, bent add the row)
  • Upright rows
  • Military press
  • Power squats
  • Alternating lunges one leg per round (One forward, one diagonal)
  • Press ups
  • Hurdle jumps

Repeat for 3 rounds and have 1 min rest between rounds

End with a Burpee Tabata. Using interval timer again set for 20 seconds active work with 10 seconds rest.
