Bosu ball workout

bosu Workout for time using a Bosu ball, complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.

The workout:

  • 10 x Bosu ball Press-ups (dome side down)
  • 10 x Bosu Ball Static lunges each leg (dome side down)
  • 30 seconds skipping
