20 Minute Total Hit WO

Nice an easy today.

The workout:

Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of

  • 50 x reps Jump rope
  • 10 x Squats (we used a kettlebell but you can use DB or BB)
  • 10 x Burpees (if you want to make it harder add a press up to it)
  • 10 x press ups
