A very brief history of Fitnorama
In a nutshell Fitnorama magazine was started back in March 2011 by Andreas Michael a lifelong personal trainer of 12 years and who is also a bit of a tech geek. His first mission was to enlist the skills of follow fitness experts, who he could then tie their knowledge and experiences together to create a resource for the public and other personal trainers alike.
The magazine currently has eleven contributors and two editors – Andreas Michael, Alan Butler, Del Wilson, Hayley Kirby, Kevin Parker, Leia Bowes, Nico Valla, Parker Cote, Pippa Crowther, Shaun Stafford and Patrick Dale who is an editor along with Andreas.
Top fact – Each issue is written, edited, and designed in-house and can take whopping 100+ to put a single issue together.
Fitnorama is published by Metro Health and Fitness Ltd 12 times per year.
