I want to build that again and I have a personal journey which I would like you to follow and join in. My goal is simple and is what most people want and that is to tone up and to be as lean as possible that means losing excess fat and for me the icing would to be on the cover of men’s health, ultra-fit. I put together a simple 6 week workout programme card with added progressions. Using page references from one of the best books around “strength training anatomy 3rd edition” you can easily find the exercise with an excellent demo and description on how to master each exercise.

Wanted to give you a head start and share tomorrows workout with you. I always find when putting down on paper so to speak it looks easy but it never feels that way when it comes down to doing the workout. Try and join me for this one and see if you can beat my rounds!

Short but very tough workout which I done yesterday. I used two small hurdles, which I lined and done a double jump over’s.
