Today's workout was brutal, a 500 rep kettlebell workout full of ups and downs. using 10 different exercises at 50reps each.

Today's workout is a bit of a treat, it was one of the those workouts I will never forget. We did a take on a 300 rep workout using kettlebells and all body type movements.

Killer fat burning leg workout for hard hitting legs of steel. This is a simple design using only three key exercises. Give it a go it has plenty of options to make the workout harder to suit the beginner or advanced exerciser.
